A shed site should be leveled within 24 inches for optimal installation. Our team can block and level up to this threshold. Beyond that, additional prep like grading or a gravel base may be needed. Reach out to our sales office for expert guidance on your specific site — and we can also advise if a permit is required where you live.
We deliver and fully install your structure directly to your property. If you’re in Central or Northern Virginia and your site is accessible via our truck and trailer, you may qualify for free delivery. (For properties over 30 miles from our sales office, or in VA Beach, MD, PA, WV, etc., delivery requires a custom quote.)
We know investing in an outdoor building is a big decision — so we offer both traditional financing and Rent-to-Own options through GreenSky. Our Rent-to-Own program is especially flexible: skip credit checks, make small monthly payments, and own the shed after 24–72 payments.
